This picture of Gorgeousness is taken from British Beauty Blogger. To see more details please click here.

I don't plan to post on a Friday often, but this couldn't wait!

Ok, So this isn't a review, but this is my opinion. So it's kinda like a review but I don't actually know that much about anything. Which sounds like most of my reviews..

Onto the actual topic of discussion today. Urban Decay Naked Vault. Sounds like a very very nice piece of kit, but should you get it?

Review: Bourjois Bronzing Primer aka Base Lissante Soleil

So I got this little beauty a while back and it was overlooked for quite some time. I believe I got in the spring time, so I didn't really pay attention to it as I preferred my powder bronzers.

It has a mousse-like consistency, quite velvety when applied and in my opinion, leans a bit orange...
I have read that this is a dupe for Chanel's soleil tan de chanel as Chanel and Bourjois are under the same manufacturer. This I cannot confirm as I don't own the Chanel product.

However, this post from A Little Pop Of Coral does compare it if you want to take a look.

Not sure if you can see, but there's a swipe of this on the back of my hand. It is a primer, so the instructions (but who really follows those) say to wear under foundation or on it's own. I tend to forget to put it on under foundation so I wear it above and that's fine. It looks quite nice in my opinion.

It is scented, so I thought I'd mention that. It is a very sweet scent, like overly sugared cocoa.

I use this with the Real Techniques' Duo Fibre Contour Brush (part of the Duo Fiber Set) and I like the effect it gives. I have tried it with denser brushes and I don't like the effect as much as I prefer it to be sheerer (to minimise bronzer stripes). Though some reviews seem to use the expert face brush or buffing brush from Real Techniques...

I'm currently using it as a bronzer/contour to add colour to my complexion and I think it does this well.

It costs £9.99 and here's a link to Boots if you're interested.

Hope this helps some of you if you're thinking of getting this product and if you liked it, follow me on Bloglovin' or by email (links on the right).

Let me know what you think of this product and how you like to apply it.

Post no.1

Uncreative name for my first post, but I thought I'd just have something up to see if anyone is interested in following me.

I know that it's hard to judge if you like a blog before they post anything, but I hope that someone may decide to take a chance on me (is that person you?).

ANYWAY, before I get carried away, I am on Bloglovin' (follow me button is on the right) and I've put up an "About the Blog" page so you can click on that to see more of my writings and find out a bit more about me.

I think that was all I wanted to say really so...
